    Refunds are granted under certain conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Items damaged or without their original packaging are not eligible for refund.

  • Wait for our validation and instructions for returning the product.

  • Return the item to the address provided to you. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  1. REIMBURSEMENT PERIOD
    If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
    Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

  2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@brushprive.com with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
