At the house of BrushPrive, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible to provide you with a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below carefully.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is shipped.

Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, logistical conditions and possible customs delays.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your package's progress through our tracking platform or the carrier's platform.

If you do not receive your tracking within 48 hours of shipment, please contact our customer service at support@brushprive.com.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination. Some orders may offer free shipping, depending on current promotional offers.

DELIVERY DELAYS AND PROBLEMS
Although we strive to meet the announced deadlines, delays beyond our control may occur (customs, weather conditions, strikes, etc.). BrushPrive cannot be held responsible for these delays.

In case of abnormal delay, contact us at support@brushprive.com so that we can investigate with the carrier.

PRODUCTS NOT RECEIVED / LOST
If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us at support@brushprive.comAfter verification, we will be able to offer you a suitable solution (refund or reshipment).

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or cancel the order once it has been shipped. Please check your information carefully before confirming.
